Congregational Worship
What should I expect?
Sunday morning congregational worship at BCC consists of reading Scripture, singing, praying, and the preaching of God’s Word. Additionally, we regularly participate in the ordinances (Baptism and the Lord’s Supper).
We think you’ll feel welcome at BCC. We care deeply about community and want you to experience the love of God reflected through the love that we have for one another. Come a bit early for coffee and snacks at 9:45am.
If you would like to join us for a time of pre-worship prayer, we would love to have you. It starts at 9:35am in the sanctuary.
What about my kids?
We want to encourage families to worship together as much as possible. Parents are the primary disciple-makers of their children, and it’s good for our kids to observe us worshiping together with other believers even if they don’t fully understand everything that’s happening all the time.
We do have a BCC Kids Infant/Toddler room available up to age 3 (except for holiday weekends).
A PreK classroom (ages 3 up to Kindergarten) is also available during the sermon. Kids will be dismissed at the end of the musical worship time to go up to their classroom with their teachers.
How can I serve?
There are several ways that you can serve on Sunday mornings.
- BCC Kids
- Worship Team
- Technology Team
- Hospitality Team
Sunday mornings represent a great time to build up the body through the use of your gifts. Talk to Pastor Caleb if you’d like to serve in one of these areas.
